Production Update and COVID-19 Charity Project

LONG POST AHEAD

Hi, everyone, Jillian here.

First, I want to thank everyone for your patience while production was paused. Avril took every precaution possible, and is very upset that there was any delay. I know a lot of people have been waiting very patiently for their orders, and have been extremely understanding of these extenuating circumstances. This truly means so much to us, and I know that your kind thoughts for Avril’s recovery and good health meant a lot to her in these difficult times.

Avril is currently out of quarantine and well enough to work. She has resumed working on the order backlog, and will be filling orders as quickly as possible. She is feeling better now, but not back to 100%. So, she will not be able to do the 12-18 hr work days that she was before she became ill, but is able to work 8 hr days for now. However, I want to ask people to please be patient for two reasons. The order queue is still large, and the USPS is experiencing severe delays in service and pickups due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We expect shipping to be much longer than usual. We are doing our best to continue to give you outstanding service; we just ask that you please continue to be patient with us a little while longer.

Speaking of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had planned a charity project to help essential medical personnel before Avril became ill, but had to wait due to the production pause. Now that we are back in production, we want to announce that you can sponsor a hospital and donate Nothing To Hide full-size bars, minis, and body butter to a hospital in the state of your choosing. We want to do our part to help how we can.

I’ve adjusted the shipping for it to be per item, and we will ship each complete box of 15 items when it is fully sponsored. We have been asked how people can help, and we want to provide this option for us all to come together and do some good in our communities.

So far, we only have contacts in 5 states. If you, a friend, or a loved one is working at a hospital in need, please comment and let us know. I will reach out and obtain contact information so we can add them to our list. We are only able to sponsor one hospital per state, due to our resources, but other than that one constraint we would love some contacts at hospitals in need that you personally know.

Thank you all so much for your understanding and outpouring of support. 🖤🖤🖤
